Information you give us

When you send a booking request, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, company or brokerage, the property or project address, details about the property or project, your requested date, notes, and, for real estate shoots, the name you type to sign the shoot terms.

We use this information to respond to you, plan and confirm your shoot, send invoices, and deliver your media. If you email, call, or text us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Booking forms (Formspree)

Booking requests are delivered to us through Formspree, a form service that stores the request and sends it to our email.

Address search (Google Places)

Our booking forms use Google Maps to suggest addresses as you type. The text you enter in the address field is sent to Google to find matches. Google handles it under the Google Privacy Policy. More detail is on our address search page.

Analytics and session replay (PostHog)

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site. PostHog records pages viewed, clicks, the type of device and browser, approximate location based on your IP address, and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies or similar browser storage to recognize a returning visitor.

PostHog also records session replays, which show how a visit moved through the site so we can find confusing pages and fix problems. Text typed into form fields is masked in these recordings, and the content of the booking forms is hidden.

You can limit this tracking by blocking cookies or using a browser setting or extension that blocks analytics.

Videos (Vimeo)

Our films are hosted on Vimeo and shown in embedded players set to Vimeo’s “do not track” mode. Vimeo may still receive technical information, such as your IP address, when a video loads. See the Vimeo Privacy Policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and secure the service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above so they can run their part of the site, when needed to complete your shoot, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and client records for as long as we need them to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and resolve any questions about past work. We keep these records for up to 7 years.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email us. We will not treat you differently for making one.

Children

This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
