What twilight adds to a listing
Twilight photos are taken in the short window around sunset, when the interior lights are on and the sky still has color. They show a home’s lighting, landscaping, pool, and outdoor spaces in a way daytime photos can’t.
Many agents use a twilight exterior as the first photo in the listing.
How a twilight shoot works
We plan the day so the interior and daytime exteriors are finished before sunset, then photograph the exterior as the light changes. The booking form asks which direction the front of the home faces, so we can plan around the sun.
Before we arrive, turn on the interior and landscape lights, open the blinds, and move cars out of the driveway.
Options and pricing
- On-site twilight photography: $250, added to a photography booking.
- Video twilight: $350, added to a video booking.
- Virtual twilight: two are included with MLS photography. They are edited from daytime photos.
On-site twilight is photographed in real evening light. Virtual twilight is a lower-cost way to add a dusk image. You can see the full estimate as you build your shoot on the booking page.
